Cobi Berculo

Cobi Berculo studied under Davina van Wely at the Amsterdam Conservatory, where she earned a diploma in solo performance with honours. She then proceeded to study for the Prix d'Excellence, earning the chance to study for three additional years under Herman Krebbers.

Cobi Berculo refined her chamber music skills through various courses, for example in Weikersheim, Germany, and with Ramy Shevelov in Israel. She has played in the Arkios Ensemble and the Vuillaume Trio, and she founded the Dudok Trio together with pianist Reynoud Maartens and 'cellist Jaap Sytsma.
Cobi played 30 years in the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra, and played as a free-lancer in orchestras such as the Residentie Orkest and the Rotterdam Philharmonic.
She continues in her own business as a violin teacher in Hilversum, where she also teaches kinematics and injury prevention for musicians.
